We’re hiring Operators in Maarheeze to help us meet our ambitious growth targets.

The Telecaster Venture is a newly started organization within the Signify Venture organization. We take light beyond illumination with 3D printing. In the upcoming 3 years we will take 3D printing to a completely new level, rolling it out globally, reaching 1.000’s of customers and creating a >100mio business

What you’ll do
  • We are looking for experienced Operators who can take the lead in our 3D printing facilities in Maarheeze.
  • Operate and maintain the 3D printing machines efficiently and properly.
  • Preparing + machining different types of 3D printing products using 3D printers and tools according to instructions based on a prescribed method of work.
  • Responsible for end to end control of the 3D printed Product.
  • Coach, instruct and lead other operators in the 3D printing line.
  • Ensure target quality of output is met through the way in which the Operator sets, checks and adjusts the line process.
What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience as Operator
  • Strong communication skills, be able to motivate and instruct others
  • Fluent in Dutch and preferably in English
  • currently the position is in day shift (07.30 till 16.00) we are aiming on working in 2 shifts per day as soon as possible / 06.00 till 14.00 and 14.00 till 22.00
