OIIO is the new revolutionary customer engagement platform for independent services business owners. It will provide all necessary customer engagement and communication tools allowing SME services business owners to take control of all customer communication. The OIIO platform is designed to provide all customer engagement features, like scheduling, planning, video consulting, information exchange, offering, invoicing, information storage, filing, marketing campaigning and more.

OIIO will be the first to bring this cutting-edge portal platform technology to the small/medium sized and independent services business providers. It will be available via a plug and play approach and will be billed via a SAAS subscription-based model.

OIIO will not focus on several services verticals only but will reach out to all SME independent services providers and help them take care of their customers, support their performance and with that, improve customer loyalty, and improve retention resulting in business improvement.

OIIO will be launched the 1st of September.

We are beginning to install the first marketing and sales team for the Netherlands market.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will lead the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for online marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing -- the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans that help increase brand awareness in all digital media including website, social media, email, SEO, display and re-targeting.
  • Suggest, build, and measure conversions of all marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Guide and advise online content production.
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record as an on-line marketeer.
  • ​​​​​​​Proven experience as team lead.
  • Fantastic communicator - Hands-on mentality and team player.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Know how to build a lead generating engine.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Falcon.io, DART, Atlas).
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.).
  • Loves E-commerce (like cpc management, omnichannelling).
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dutch is a pre, English professional advanced level.
  • Bachelor/ Master in Marketing or Business
