Wiertz Personeelsdiensten is searching for Customer Service Agents for Flash Global.

Job description:
The customer Service Agent will be in charge with the following main tasks:
  • Co-ordinate the customer order fulfilment process by identifying, recording and maintaining all appropriate customer, product and delivery information.
  • Make tailor made solutions towards exciting and prospect customers by proposing solutions, taking Quality and pricing into account
  • Organize shipments from A-Z and ensure a high level of quality at the best price
  • Strict implementation of customer process
  • Manage and coordinate activities of drivers and suppliers
  • Service follow-up by indicating possible anomalies that may occur during the transport and find the best way to solve or limit the consequences
  • Be an entrepreneur and communicate to the Branch Manager strategies to improve the quality of our service
  • Develop and maintain long – term customer relationships by proactively managing customer expectations
  • Handling incoming customer complaints
  • Administration after the transport to prepare invoicing
  • Identify sales leads, collecting and forwarding knowledge regarding potential new customers or customer trends
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer oriented approach
  • Is accurate and focused, has strong communicative capabilities, preferably knowledge of transportations means and all administrative processes.
  • Higher vocational education level (equivalent to Dutch MBO / MBO+ level)
  • 2-3 years of experience in the field of customer service is a plus
  • Willing to work in shifts 07:00-20:00 and weekend (1x 6 weeks)
  • Able to hand over an actual certificate of good conduct
  • Fulltime available (40 hours)
  • Flash Global has possibilities for multi lingual speakers. The main language within Flash Global BV is English. Common language combinations are: English/ Dutch, English/ French, English/ German, English/ Polish, English/ Romanian. English/ Spanish.
