Job Purpose:
The Operations Manager role is a key part in managing the day to day interface between Airsys and the customer. You will be responsible for ensuring your team provides a high level of customer service at all times. All orders should be processed in a timely, accurate manner and the goods are delivered to the customers within SLA’s. The role involves a strong management style to ensure team errors are kept within the KPI targets and procedures are correctly followed by all staff.

Duties will include:
  • Providing an exceptional service and exceeding the agreed SLA’s
  • Stock control
  • Oversee warehouse function
  • Courier Management
  • Primary office contact for customers
  • Resolve any escalated complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Reviewing the E-commerce / Website
  • Ensure all team members are achieving their KPI’s and error rates
  • Analyse weekly and monthly KPI statistics
  • Review all procedures and processes on a monthly basis
  • Constantly look to implement improvement
  • Setting up new procedures
  • Keep all Health & Safety up to date and relevant
  • Keep all Fire procedures up to date and relevant
  • Check all credits are within procedure before signing off
  • Liaise with line manager to set annual/quarterly PMP

  • Staff Event planning
  • Cost control of office expenditure
  • Building and office equipment maintenance
  • Bi-monthly meeting with courier to discuss performance

The ideal candidate:
  • Previous office management experience
  • Fluent in English & Dutch
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service based role
  • Confident, professional and friendly
  • The ability to build customer / colleague relationships
  • Excellent administration skills including fast accurate data entry
  • Willing to occasionally travel for training and/or events within BeNeLux, but also outside if needed.
  • Good analytical skills to review KPI and establish root cause of errors
  • Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment
  • Good at problem solving and able to deal with difficult challenges in a calm and professional manner
  • Organised, capable and passionate about doing a good job.
  • Dynamic, confident, reliable and keen to learn
  • Computer literate and able to pick up new systems quickly.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
