For the ARLANXEO Holding, we are looking for a:

In this position you have the unique opportunity to further develop the Global Mobility Center of Excellence into a centralized global operational model. As member of the Total Rewards Team, you take the responsibility for all expatriate related policies and procedures as such. At the same time you are a partner in the dialogue with Aramco. You will report to the Head of Total Rewards & Global Mobility.

Your Challenge
  • Implement a central operating model on Group level on the basis of one-global-approach
  • In connection with developing an effective sourcing strategy, managing external providers and service level agreements
  • Optimizes and implements competitive International Assignment policies and processes
  • Expat case management in alignment with internal and external service providers
  • Ensure compliance in all areas of cross-border employment issues (e.g. tax, social security, etc.)
  • Produce cost projections and assignment compensation in collaboration with the Reward Team
  • Research local regulations, analyze market developments and provide advice on mobility topics
  • Manage the annual merit and bonus review for the expatriates worldwide
  • Develop admin procedures and provide requirements for the implementation of SuccessFactors
  • Act as a Business Partner to the Expatriate Community, Country HR teams and Business Leaders

Your Profile
  • Minimal Bachelor¡¦s degree with 5-10 year experience in a global mobility in-house and / or consulting roles
  • Seasoned consultant in program development, income and social tax, immigration, relocations, etc.
  • Knowledge of expatriate compensation, tax equalization, split-payroll mechanisms, etc.
  • Self-starting, independent professional, eager to start and finish projects with a pragmatic 'can do' mentality
  • Confident in interaction with high level stakeholders and a consensus builder
  • Details oriented, organized, solution driven with high analytical and conceptual skills
  • HRIS experience (ideally SAP/ SuccessFactors) is a plus
