Your Challenge
OCI Nitrogen needs to have world class performing manufacturing assets with regard to efficiency, reliability, integrity and technical availability. In order to achieve and maintain these performance levels, it is your challenge as our Asset Manager to advise and support our management with regard to the condition of our manufacturing assets on these parameters and advise on interventions. Therewith, you have a very important role in our company, as the condition of our industrial assets is vital for the success of our organization.

As our Asset Manager, you analyze and evaluate the performance of our plants. Within the framework of our Manufacturing plans, you advise – solicited and unsolicited – on Asset Management strategy to maintain the desired performance level of our assets. You also provide important input for our Maintenance plans, our Turn Around scope and CAPEX projects. For this, close cooperation with our Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers and Asset Engineers is of the utmost importance.

As our expert on asset management, you ensure that you have an external orientation to scout relevant technical developments and best practices (including modern monitoring technology) in order to optimize the performance of our manufacturing assets on short and long term.

Your Profile
You have attained a Bachelor or Master degree in engineering and gained 10 years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in asset management. Next to that, as an engineer you have experience with static and rotating equipment.

As a professional, you have excellent conceptual and analytical skills, needed to detect risks, opportunities and solutions with regard to our asset management. You connect easily with all layers within the organization and know how to build and maintain relations as you work in close cooperation with various internal and external stakeholders.
